How to

1. Login to your Google Places account
2. Click on Subscription (Top-right corner)
   
   In the Subscription page click on the "Click here" link in the blue bar.

3. You will now see this pop-up where you can choose if you want to pay by bank transfer or be invoiced by your partner.

5. Fill out the form and send it.
