On January 27, 2022 we released an updated version of DataBridge. This uses the latest version of the SuperOffice Web API. If you use SuperOffice Onsite, you have to make sure the Web API of your environment has been configured properly according to the information on this page. Contact your SuperOffice consultant if you are not sure how to configure your installation. |

| If you have set up DataBridge with your SuperOffice Onsite installation before January 6, 2022 then you might have used a URL to Netserver Services (i.e. https://<your_SuperOffice_url>/Remote/Services86). You don't need to change the URL to point to the Web API instead of Netserver Services. DataBridge will make sure it finds the Web API. Only if you experience troubles when DataBridge tries to connect to SuperOffice Onsite, please edit the connection details by entering the URL to Web API. |
