Overview

This article describes how to make the Activity Folders only available to certain control which user groups can configure the folders.

How to

To configure the user groups you need to login log into the Nebula Activity Folders portal.

Go to Manage Panel for the Activity Folders Panel you want to configure.

In the Configuration Rights section select which User Groups can edit the folder configuration. If you leave Leave this field empty to allow all users to edit the configurationImage Removed.

Owner can configure: When enabled, only the owner of a project, sale or company can edit the folder configuration, unless the user is in a configured user group.
For companies the owner is our contact
For Projects the owner is the project responsible
For sales the owner is the sale owner

Clear configuration user groups: Select which user groups can clear the folder configuration and delete folders. Leave empty to let all users who can edit the configuration clear it and delete folders.
