Why are my created panels not visible for all users in SuperOffice CRM?

Answer

After publishing, the Panels are created in SuperOffice and can be found in SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance. When you use the Grouping and Filtering functionality in  in SuperOffice Admin, make sure you check the groups you want to include.the Panel is visible for the right usergroups:

  • Click on the hamburger icon and choose Settings and Maintenance.
