Overview
The Fast Sync option enables a synchronization interval between 3-5 minutes (depending on the external environments). The normal synchronization interval is 15 minutes.

- Log into Synchronizer as an administrator
- Click Subscription in the top right corner
- Enable Fast Sync
- Before we can enable the fast sync option, we need some additional information to fulfill your request.
Please use this form to enable the Fast Sync options for the Synchronizer; please read the form carefully since costs are involved
Note: When you have a subscription through SuperOffice it is also possible to enable the fast sync option for the Synchronizer.
