How to import the Stop & No Mailing fields

Overview

With DataBridge it is possible to import the Stop & No Mailing fields in SuperOffice.

How to

In this example, we will import a file with the Stop field set to 0 (disable) and the No Mailings set to 1 (enable). 

• Link the "Stop" field from the import file to the "Company: Stop" field
• Link the "No Mailings" field from the import file to the "Company: No Mailings" field

We have used the value '0' for disabling the Stop field and the value '1' for enabling the No Mailing field in SuperOffice but there are other options as well:

Use these values to switch the interests either on or off.
