How to turn the Former Employee field on or off for a person in SuperOffice
Overview
With DataBridge it is possible to turn the checkbox Former Employee on or off for a person in SuperOffice.
How to
In this example, we will import a file with the Person details to find the person in SuperOffice and the Former Employee field set to 1 (enable).
The person can be linked via Person: Last name, Number, First+Lastname or Email address, You have to link one of these 4 fields.
Then link the "Former Employee" field from the import file to the "Person: Former Employee" field.
We have used the value '1' for enabling the Former Employee field in SuperOffice but there are other options as well:
