Transfer Contact data from Visma.net Financials to SuperOffice CRM
Overview
In this article, we will describe how to set up the connection between Visma.net Financials and SuperOffice to transfer data from Visma.net Financials to SuperOffice.
Unlike the triggered profile where data is transferred from SuperOffice to Visma.net Financials, this profile will be time scheduled. Updated data in Visma.net Financials will be transferred periodically to SuperOffice.
WARNING
Test before scheduling!
In this article, you will learn how to set up a connection between Visma.net and SuperOffice and transfer data from Visma.net to SuperOffice. Before the profile is to be scheduled we recommend thoroughly test if the profile works with one record.
This profile will transfer all data from Visma.net to SuperOffice. When you were to set up the scheduled profile all Visma Contacts belonging to a company will be transferred to SuperOffice and existing Contact cards will be overwritten with data from Visma.net. So test before you finally schedule the profile.
Testing the profile with only one record:
- Set the profile to triggered
- Enable "Instant Job"
- Copy the URL and paste it in a browser. Add to the URL the parameter you want to test with, for example:
https://trigger-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/Instant/Run/2986?key=<your trigger key>&VismaContactId=20013 - Execute the URL and it should return a {"Success":true,"Message":"OK"}
- Test with Visma new Contacts and updated contacts. Check at SuperOffice the results.
- When tests are ok, switch the profile into a scheduled profile

At the moment the option to transfer data between SuperOffice and Visma.net is on request only. Please request this via support@infobridge.com before you continue- Create a new profile with Location set to Visma.net Financials and the Destination to SuperOffice CRM
Click Next - Make a connection to Visma.NET Financials and select your company
Click Next - Configure Source: Choose the type of entity to export from Visma.net
Use the Customize fields multi-select to only select the required fields (depending on the situation, other fields could have better formatting, so it’s not strictly this list.
Select Only retrieve new and changed entities if you only want to export the entities that were created or modified after the last export.
Click Next - Transform: In this example, we have used no transforms,
Configure fields:
Select the ‘Person’ entity and link the fields
Be sure to link the Business Account to the Company: Number field, resulting that the Contact is linked to the right company.
Click Next- Destination settings: Customize the destination settings if required. Especially take care of the deduplication settings.
In this example, we have set the Company duplicate match to Number and Skip - Do not import, as the company should already exist via the Visma → SuperOffice Company export but we need to link the Contact to this company.
Click Next Profile Settings: Set the scheduling method to scheduled. Choose a schedule. In this example it runs every 4 hours between 9:00 and 18:00 on workdays, that is one hour later then the company data transfer has started. This way we make sure that the company data is available before we start processing the contacts.
