Log in to the customer portal as a user

Overview:

Each user who is linked in the Synchronizer can log into their own customer portal. 

The options they have here are

  • Sync now: This will force a synchronizer run of the Synchronizer. By default, the synchronizer runs every 15 minutes
  • Edit preferences: Here the users can edit their own preferences. More info.
  • Edit credentials: Here the users can edit the connection settings of their calendar system

How to:

Log in to the customer portal by going to Synchronizer

Click the Login With SuperOffice button and fill in your SuperOffice credentials to log in.
