Question

Which Google privileges does the Synchronizer need exactly?

Answer

The Synchronizer uses the following Google privileges.

To be able to look up the users in your Google environment, we need Admin Permissions. Without these rights, we are unable to link SuperOffice CRM Online users to the Google users.

Admin Permissions:

  • Admin Directory User Read-only
  • Userinfo Email
  • Userinfo Profile

To be able to sync items for the users, we need these client permissions.

Client permissions:

  • Calendar
  • Contacts
  • Tasks
