Unable to login: no user with user id '' found (SuperOffice Onsite)

You have received an e-mail to setup Calendar Synchronization.
After logging in into Microsoft 365 you are getting the below error message
Solution
Most likely your UPN (userPrincipalName) does not match your primary e-mail address. When using Synchronizer for SuperOffice with SuperOffice Onsite this is necessary to identify syncusers.
Please contact your IT administrator to make the UPN match your primary e-mail address.
