How to make a Visma.net panel in SuperOffice

Overview

In this article, we describe the general steps to make a Visma.net panel in SuperOffice.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are required before you follow the steps below.

1. A (demo) subscription of DataBridge for SuperOffice. To sign-up, follow this URL: https://my-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/SignUp
2. A (demo) subscription of Panels for SuperOffice. To sign-up, follow this URL: https://my-panels.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/SignUp
3. A SuperOffice CRM login name with administrator rights
4. A Visma.net Financials account

Create a new panel for Visma.net

1. Log into the Panels for SuperOffice portal
   
2. Click on the button Create a new panel on the bottom left of the start screen.
   

Create new panel

1. Fill in a name for this new panel. This name will be used to display the panel name SuperOffice.
2. Chose as Panel Type Visma.net Financials invoice panel
   
   
3. Click Next

Panel Settings

1. 
   At field Panel location choose for Contact Archive
2. At field SuperOffice Customer ID choose for Company number
   
3. At field Enable filter row you may choose to enable the filter row. If set to Yes an extra filter row with filter options is displayed in the SuperOffice panel. If no only a pictogram is displayed with filter options.
   
4. At the block called Authorization click on the blue button Connect to make a connection with Visma.Net Financials
   
5. Log in with your Visma.Net username and password into the displayed Visma login screen
   
6. After Sign In you are requested to accept Visma.net Integrations to allow access to your data. Choose Allow to accept.
7. Select your company and click Next
8. A summary will be displayed with the chosen settings.
9. Click on button Save and publish and the new panel will be created in SuperOffice

In SuperOffice at the Company card the new panel will be displayed where you can see all (credit)invoices available in Visma.net
