DataBridge is also available for SuperOffice CRM Onsite. There are some requirements the environment must meet and also there are additional configuration steps needed for the SuperOffice environment and DataBridge.

Note: DataBridge will still be running in the cloud but will connect to your local SuperOffice CRM environment via the publicly exposed SuperOffice APIs.

Requirements

  • SuperOffice APIs need to be accessible from the internet through HTTPS;
  • SuperOffice version 8.4 R08 or newer;
  • SuperOffice System User.

1. Prepare SuperOffice APIs

If you are using SuperOffice Mobile CRM your SuperOffice APIs have probably already been configured to be accessible from the internet. You can move on to the next step.

If not, follow the steps in ‘Prepare Server’ in the SuperOffice documentation on configuring the APIs (NetServer) for Pocket CRM.

2. Verify SuperOffice APIs

Verify the installation by opening a browser and browsing to the web services: 
https://<address>/Remote/Services88/person.svc
and
https://<address>/api

Example: 

https://servername.yourcompany.com/SuperOffice/Remote/Services88/person.svc

https://servername.yourcompany.com/SuperOffice/api


If the Web Services are exposed correctly you see the following screen:


In the background DataBridge checks which services version for your SuperOffice installation is the newest and it will automatically use that latest version. This way you don't need to re-configure DataBridge when you upgrade your SuperOffice installation.

3. Configure DataBridge

You are now ready to configure DataBridge using the following steps:

  1. Sign up for a new DataBridge account here: 
    https://my-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/Registration;
  2. Confirm your email address;
  3. Setup the connection to your SuperOffice environment. If you are not automatically redirected to the 'Setup Connection' page click on 'Account' and then on 'Connection' or visit the following page directly http://my-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/Manage/Connection and fill out the form:
    • Using a version of SuperOffice equal to or higher than 8.4 R08                                               - NetServer services URL: http://<address>/Remote/Services88/;
    • Username of a SuperOffice System User;
    • Password of the user;
    • Clicking save will verify the connection;
  4. New profiles will now automatically copy these default connection settings.

  • 40.118.68.234
  • 40.118.69.16
  • 40.118.69.95
  • 40.118.64.32
