When a new user is linked or a user has expired credentials, they will receive an email with instructions to (re)authenticate.
If you would like to use a different language and/or include a custom message in the sent emails, you have the option to customize the emails for each Synchronizer profile.
You need to be a Synchronizer Admin to be able to adjust the email templates.
Where to find the option to change the email templates
Login to the Synchronizer portal and click on Link Users for the profile you want to change the email templates.
Scroll down until you see the Email Templates option and click on Show Settings
Change the language of the templates
Click on Customize Templates
Click on the dropdown list and select the language you want for the emails. There is a choice between Danish, Dutch, English, German, Norwegian, and Swedish.
After setting the language, click on Save.
By clicking on Save and Preview you can see a preview of how the emails look. Then click on Close or Go to Editor to go to the edit screen of the email to set a custom message.
Include a custom message in the email templates
Click on Customize Templates
Click on Welcome email or Expired credentials email depending on which template you want to customize.
Add your message in the editor and click on Save.
By clicking on Save and Preview, you can see a preview of how the emails look. Then click on Close or Go to Editor to return to the editing screen of the selected email template.
To revert to the default message of the template, go to the editor, delete all text and click Save.
