Overview

In the Portal of the SuperOffice App for MailChimp the MailChimp API key needs to be added.

The first time the app is started consent needs to be given to the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

Give consent

Login to the SuperOffice App for Trello app

Give consent to the app for accessing SuperOffice data.

Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy and Click Save.

Add the API key

  1. Copy the created API Key from your MailChimp account.

  2. Go to https://somailchimp.galactica1.com/ and log in as Admin

  3. Click Settings

  4. Paste the API key in the API key field field.
    Test the connection and when succesful click Save.

  5. The MailChimp fields will appear in the Field Mapping section. Only supported field types are shown.

  6. Select the corresponding SO field for each. Not all are mandatory, so you may leave the fields you don’t want to match blank.

  7. Click Save again
