Overview

This article describes how to terminate your Nebula DataBridge account completely

Note: In case you want to terminate your subscription but keep your data for future use then just Cancel subscription at the subscription page.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are the administer for Nebula Synchronizer

How to

1. Login into Nebula DataBridge as admin
2. Go to Account > General
3. Click Terminate account at the bottom of the page
4. Set the slider to Yes when you are sure you want to terminate your account.
   This will stop all schedules, delete all your profiles and cancel you subscription (if any). All data will be permanently deleted after 30 days, so you can contact us in case you change your mind.
5. Type your company name
6. Click Terminate account
