- The administrator of Nebula Activity Folders can setup which document types should be automatically filed in the right folder, more info
- Uncategorized documents are placed in the root folder. They can be moved by using the drag and drop functionality
- If the SuperOffice user has enough rights the folder structure can be easily changed by using the Configure folders button. It is possible to remove, rename and position folders in the folder tree
- The folder structure can also be displayed in a separate window. This can be done by clicking the button. This makes navigation through the folders or organizing documents by using drag and drop even easier.
