Do I need to be logged in for the Nebula Synchronizer to work?
Answer
No, this is not necessary.
The Nebula Synchronizer is a cloud-based service, which talks to both SuperOffice CRM Online and your calendar system (Exchange / Office 365 / Google) over the internet. We use the credentials you have filled in during the activation to be able to communicate with both systems.
So even at night when you are asleep, the Nebula Synchronizer still checks for new appointments / tasks / contacts to sync. In other words, it's a true "set-and-forget" setup.
