Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are required before you follow the steps below.

  1. A (demo) subscription of Document Viewer. To sign up, go to https://documentviewer.infobridgeuniverse.com

How to:

  1. Log into your SuperOffice Online CRM environment
  2. Log into your Document Viewer account by following this link: https://my-documentviewer.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/Login
  3. You will see the main screen and a link called . Click on the link Start here to enhance your SuperOffice experience (see screenshot below)Click on the link and this . This will activate the wizard which will guide you through the steps to activate Document Viewer
