Overview

In this article, we describe the general steps to take to prepare yourself configure DataBridge to start using the eMarketeer Connector to update eMarketeer and SuperOffice user consent.

To exchange consent between eMarketeer and SuperOffice with DataBridge is quite simple , but you need to have at least some information about the data you want to transfer, like how to transform these data and where to store the data in but needs some steps to follow. Once setup, consent is exchanged automatically in the background between eMarketeer and SuperOffice.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are administrators for SuperOffice or eMarketeerare the administrators for DataBridge.

Configure the eMarketeer Consent Connector

  1. Define the fields to be synchronized between SuperOffice and Visma.net
    You can use the attached worksheet 'Visma Link.xlsx' to help you get started. You can specify the fields which should be transferred from SuperOffice to Visma.net, the available fields are all specified. 

  2. Create a profile to synchronize data from SuperOffice to Visma.net

  3. Create a button with a script, see example script below in the Downloads section. More information on how to add a crm-script and how to create a SuperOffice button can be found here.

  4. Create a profile to synchronize data from Visma.net to SuperOffice

  1. Log in to the customer portal as an admin. more info

  2. Create a new profile, give the profile a name e.g. ImportToSO, and in the location field chose eMarketeerConsent. The destination field will be filled automatically with your SuperOffice system.
    When done click the NEXT button and you will be guided to the Configure Profile page.

  3. Configure Profile
    On this page you can connect your SuperOffice instance and insert your eMarketeer API key. Read Requirements and checklist for eMarketeer Connector for SuperOffice to get the API key from eMarketeer.
    This API Key is specific to the consent API and cannot be shared with any other entities or connectors of eMarketeer.
    When done click the NEXT button and you will be guided to the Configure Source page.
