Overview

In this article, we describe the general steps to take to prepare yourself to start using the eMarketeer Connector to update eMarketeer and SuperOffice user consent.

To exchange consent between eMarketeer and SuperOffice with DataBridge is quite simple, but you need to have at least some information about the data you want to transfer, like how to transform these data and where to store the data in SuperOffice.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are administrators for SuperOffice or eMarketeer.

Configure eMarketeer Connector

  1. Define the fields to be synchronized between SuperOffice and Visma.net
    You can use the attached worksheet 'Visma Link.xlsx' to help you get started. You can specify the fields which should be transferred from SuperOffice to Visma.net, the available fields are all specified. 

  2. Create a profile to synchronize data from SuperOffice to Visma.net

  3. Create a button with a script, see example script below in the Downloads section. More information on how to add a crm-script and how to create a SuperOffice button can be found here.

  4. Create a profile to synchronize data from Visma.net to SuperOffice
