Test before scheduling! In this article, you will learn how to set up a connection between Visma.net and SuperOffice and transfer data from Visma.net to SuperOffice. Before the profile is to be scheduled we recommend thoroughly test if the profile works with one record. This profile will transfer all data from Visma.net to SuperOffice. When you were to set up the scheduled profile all Visma Customers will be transferred to SuperOffice and existing Company cards will be overwritten with data from Visma.net. So test before you finally schedule the profile. Testing the profile with only one record:

- Transform: In this example, we have used two transforms,
1. Map List (to convert the CountryID from Visma.net to a Country field in SuperOffice CRM Online
2. Add Field (to add a field with a fixed value, in this case Category = Customer)
This way you can manage all kind of transformations
NOTE: More information on the different Transforms you can use can be found here

Select the ‘Company’ entity and link the fields
Be sure to link the Customer ID to the Company: Number field.
(Customer ID is a unique Visma number and is needed for Duplicate checking, see step 7)
Click Next- Destination settings: Customize the destination settings if required. Especially take care of the deduplication settings.
In this example, we have set the duplicate match to Number.
