Overview
When you want to open a document in SuperOffice you would normally need to double-click the document line and download the document to your computer before opening to open it.
With the Nebula Document viewer, you now have a quick way of viewing your documents directly in your SuperOffice environment without downloading it to your machine.
The Nebula Document Viewer also works on your mobile device. Reading your SuperOffice CRM Online documents on your mobile device is possible without downloading or installing Apps.
How to
The Document Viewer creates a new panel in your SuperOffice minicard side panel where it will display the various documents.
To view a document, click any document link in the document archive Activities tab and the document will be displayed . when the Document Viewer panel is selected on the Side panel.
In the example below, it is displaying an email. If the email has attachements attachments just click the attachement to view it
the attachment and the attachment will open in the Document Viewer panel.
Additional functionality
Within Nebula Document Viewer you have some additional functionality.
- You can scroll through your document
- There is a page overview button
- You can search in your document
- You can print your document
- You can download the document to your local device
Even more additional functionality can be reached by clicking the little arrow button on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.
