Use Document Viewer in SuperOffice CRM

Overview

When you want to open a document in SuperOffice you would normally need to double-click the document line to open it.

With Document viewer, you have a quick way of viewing your documents directly in your SuperOffice environment.

Document Viewer also works on your mobile device. Reading your SuperOffice CRM documents on your mobile device is possible without downloading or installing Apps.

How to

Document Viewer creates a new panel in your SuperOffice side panel where it will display the various documents. 

To view a document, click any document link in Activities tab and the document will be displayed when the Document Viewer panel is selected on the Side panel.

In the example below, it is displaying an email. If the email has attachments just click the attachment and the attachment will open in the Document Viewer panel.

Additional functionality

Within Document Viewer you have some additional functionality. 

• You can scroll through your document
• There is a page overview button
• You can search in your document
• You can print your document
• You can download the document to your local device

Even additional functionality can be reached by clicking the little arrow button on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.
