Overview
When you want to open a document in SuperOffice you would normally need to double-click the document line and download the document to your computer before opening to open it.
With the Nebula Document viewer, you now have a quick way of viewing your documents directly in your SuperOffice environment without downloading it to your machine.
The Nebula Document Viewer also works on your mobile device. Reading your SuperOffice CRM Online documents on your mobile device is possible without downloading or installing Apps.
How to
The Document Viewer creates a new panel in your SuperOffice Minicard side panel where it will display the various documents.
To view a document, click any document link in the document archive Activities tab and the document will be displayed . when the Document Viewer panel is selected on the Side panel.
In the example below, it is displaying an email. If the email has attachments just click the attachment and the attachment to view itwill open in the Document Viewer panel.
