This article describes how to terminate your Nebula Synchronizer account completely.

Note: In case you want to terminate your subscription but keep your data for future use then just Cancel subscription at the subscription page.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are administrator for Nebula for Synchronizer.

How to

1. Log into Nebula Synchronizer as admin
2. Go to Account > General
3. Click Terminate account at the bottom of the page
4. Set the two sliders to Yes
   1. Confirm you want to terminate your account
   2. Confirm you understand that upon re-activation this will cause duplicates
5. Type your company name
6. Click Terminate account
