Overview
When you want to open a document in SuperOffice you need to double-click the document line and download the document to your computer before opening it.
With the Document viewer, you now have a quick way of viewing your documents directly in your SuperOffice environment without downloading it to your machine.
The Document Viewer also works on your mobile device. Reading your SuperOffice CRM Online documents on your mobile device is possible without downloading or installing Apps.
How to
The Document Viewer creates a new panel in your SuperOffice Minicard where it will display the various documents.
To view a document click any document link in the document archive tab and the document will be displayed.
In the example below, it is displaying an email. If the email has attachments just click the attachment and the attachment will be downloaded to view it on you device.
Additional functionality
Within Document Viewer you have some additional functionality.
- You can scroll through your document
- There is a page overview button
- You can search in your document
- You can print your document
- You can download the document to your local device
Even additional functionality can be reached by clicking the little arrow button on the right-hand side of the navigation bar.
