Overview

In very specific cases, it might happen that the Google Authentication is missing in your account (or it might have been deleted accidentally).

Follow this article to check if the Synchronizer is still connected to your Google account.

How to

  • Check the overview and verify that the Synchronizer is still an entry in this list like in the example below.

If this entry is not visible in your list, we have lost connection with your account and we will have to connect it again.
