If you have set up Webex to not allow integrations to be added by users, you probably need to add the SuperOffice CRM Messaging app to the allowed apps list.

Head over to the Webex Control Hub and click Apps. Manage the Apps by searching for SuperOffice CRM Messaging. Allow this app for all users or specific users.
