How to use SuperOffice for Trello

Overview

With the SuperOffice for Trello app users can add SuperOffice information from different entities (company, contact, project and sale) quickly to the Trello cards.
Before you can use it from within Trello, your SuperOffice Administrator needs to allow the Power-Up to get access to your SuperOffice CRM installation.

Add the Power-Up

Start by opening your Trello main page.

Create a new Board or open an existing Board

Make sure the side menu is shown (right side of the screen, like the screen below). If it is not opened you need to click on the Show Menu button

In the right-side menu, click Add Power-Up.

Search for the SuperOffice for Trello Power-Up.

Add the SuperOffice Power-Up by using the Add button. A dialog is shown that sums up the access that the Power-Up will get.

Click the Add button again. The Power-Up is now added.

You may close the Power-Ups dialog.

Sign on to SuperOffice CRM

Now it’s time to let the Power-Up how to access your SuperOffice CRM.

Click the SuperOffice for Trello Power-Up to view the options.

Select Authorize Account and then the green button ‘Authorize’. A SuperOffice login dialog is shown.

Log on to SuperOffice CRM with your credentials. The dialog will close if the log on succeeded.

If you are not sure if the log on succeeded, you can check the status by a click on the SuperOffice for Trello Power-Up again. If it does show an option Remove personal settings, then you are logged on.

Add details from SuperOffice CRM to your card

Open one of the cards in any of your lists on the board. Or create a new card in any of your lists.

To add one of the SuperOffice entities click on the SuperOffice Power-Up on the right side.

Click Attach Company to add a company from SuperOffice to your Trello card

Search for one of the companies and select the correct company from the results.

The main details for that company are added to the card.

 

The same applies to contacts, sales and projects.
