SuperOffice for Microsoft Teams Settings

Overview

In the SuperOffice for Microsoft Teams portal you you have to make some settings in order for Microsoft Teams to pickup changed events from SuperOffice and show them in your Microsoft Teams channel.

How to

  1. Login to the SuperOffice for Microsoft Teams app at https://msteams.superofficeapps.com/

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Connect to Microsoft Teams by clicking on Sign in with Microsoft

  4. After logging in you will be prompted to accept the requested permissions. Click Accept to continue

  5. Select the Microsoft Teams channel(s) to which you would like to post the SuperOffice events to. You can choose different Microsoft Teams channels for different events. And you can have multiple channels in a single event.

Leave the channel empty if you do not want to receive notifications from a certain event.

  1. Click Save

Advanced Settings

By clicking on Enable advanced settings, you can set more details for Sales events.

Select the Sale tab and select the Sale Type for which you want to specify the criteria a sale must meet to be posted.

Disconnect from Microsoft Teams

If you want to disconnect SuperOffice from Microsoft Teams click on Disconnect from Microsoft Teams.
