When SuperOffice introduced its online version of SuperOffice CRM, we developed an accompanying product for calendar synchronization, called Synchronizer for SuperOffice. Like with the SuperOffice Online platform, our customers do not have to install anything on site. The entire process runs 'in the cloud' and software updates are applied automatically and periodically.
Now we have added features to Synchronizer to make calendar synchronization to Microsoft Exchange On-site, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Google Calendar possible in combination with SuperOffice On-site installations. The benefit is obvious: no local installation of our software and automatic updates and scaling.
But there might be more benefits or important reasons to migrate to Synchronizer for SuperOffice.

Are you using Exchange Online or Microsoft 365?
When using Microsoft 365, it is possible to migrate to Synchronizer for SuperOffice.
Microsoft's Exchange Online, also known as Microsoft 365 or formerly as Office 365, has announced that on October 1, 2022 disabled the feature called Basic Authentication will be permanently disabled. Since our on-site synchronization products -called Exchange Online Synchronizer and Exchange Synchronizer- were based on this feature, some of our customers are still using a setup where this feature is usedon October 1, 2022.

We have a version of Exchange Online Synchronizer that does no longer use the feature Basic Authentication, but the OAuth method to log on to Exchange Online. More information about that version is on our knowledge base for on-site products. However, if you are already thinking about migrating to SuperOffice's online platform, now might be the time to migrate already to Synchronizer. Doing the migration now, saves the users a second time cleaning up their calendars to avoid duplicate appointments and tasks.
