Overview

How to fix a connection problem to Microsoft 365 in your profile.

Solution

In the Configuration Systems page of your profile reconnect to Microsoft 365.

How to

  1. Log into Synchronizer as admin
  2. Click Manage Profile
  3. In the Configure Systems page click the blue Connect(ed) button
  4. Log in with your Microsoft 365 Credentials and accept the requested permissions
  5. Save
