How to fix a connection problem to Microsoft 365 in your profile.
Solution
In the Configure Systems page of your profile reconnect to Microsoft 365.
How to
- Log into Synchronizer as admin
- Click Manage Profile
- In the Configure Systems page click the Sign in with Microsoft button
- Log in with your Microsoft 365 Credentials and accept the requested permissions
- Save
