Troubleshooting the connection to Microsoft 365

How to fix a connection problem to Microsoft 365 in your profile.

Solution

In the Configure Systems page of your profile reconnect to Microsoft 365.

1. Log into Synchronizer as admin

2. Click Manage Profile

3. In the Configure Systems page click the Sign in with Microsoft button

4. Log in with your Microsoft 365 Credentials and accept the requested permissions

5. Save
