Why are contacts synchronized that are not in my selection(s)
Answer
When contact synchronization is enabled, there can be 3 reasons why contact are synced:
- When SuperOffice selections are used
- When syncing contacts from favourite companies and/or favourite contacts is enabled
- When contacts are linked to an appointment
Contacts linked to an appointment
Contacts that are linked to an appointment will be synchronized. The contact will be deleted from the calendar system again when the appointment falls out of the Synchronizer range of 7 days in the past, or the appointment is deleted.
Duplicates will not occur if, for example, the contact exists in a selection and is linked to an appointment. The contact is only synchronized once.
