Rescan (with subfolders)

Overview

In the Activity Folders panel a ‘rescan’ and ‘rescan with subfolders’ option is available in panels for users with access to ‘configure folders’. This will look at all appointments and documents in the folder(s) and move them according to the configuration

How to

  • Go to the Activity Folders panel in SuperOffice

  • Right click the Root folder, or any other folder you want to rescan

  • Choose Rescan or Rescan with Subfolders

  • Now all appointments and documents in the folder(s) will be rescanned and moved according to the configuration
