Overview

When you are the SuperOffice Admin, you are the person who is able to perform the signup for the DataBridge environment.

As an administrator, you can set up DataBridge. This means creating and managing a profile, viewing the import/export jobs, managing the account and managing the subscription.

How and where to log in for Administrators

To log in as administrator go to https://my-databridge.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/Login.

Log in with the red SuperOffice button and fill in your SuperOffice credentials.

Profile overview

A DataBridge profile is a description of an import or export job. It holds different settings, more info here.

In the profile overview you can create a new profile, manage a profile (copy, export, delete), import a profile and view jobs.

Account

Here you can administer general settings, you can add more administrators more info, change your password, manage logins and set up a connection to SuperOffice CRM Onsite.

Subscription

On the subscription page you can manage your billing information and choose your subscription and select extra profiles if needed. When your subscription is handled by SuperOffice there is not much to see here.
