Overview
Importing data to SuperOffice is a powerful way of enriching your CRM database. But it also a dangerous tool which might contaminate the database when fields have been imported to the wrong fields & such.
What to do in such cases?
Tips
When an import has been misconfigured and data has been imported wrongfully (fields misconfigured or something similar), you might try to correct/delete the imported records using the selections.
If that also fails, a database restore might be your only option. If this needs to be done, contact SuperOffice Support as soon as possible.
