Importing list items

Overview

With DataBridge it is possible to import list items into SuperOffice CRM, both for companies and persons.

How to

In the Configure Fields part of your import profile, you can map the List items, for instance, Category.
In the Destination Settings - Advanced settings you can specify what to do when a list item does not yet exist in SuperOffice CRM. 

- Ignore - Use default
- Ignore - Set to blank
- Add a new item to list

This last option makes sure that when a list item is not found it will be added into SuperOffice CRM
