Configure a Connector in MS Teams

Overview

The SuperOffice for Microsoft Teams app needs a webhook to be able to send updates from SuperOffice to the correct channel in Microsoft Teams. This is done by adding the SuperOffice connector in the MS Teams channel(s).

How to

Make sure you have a MS Teams environment with sufficient rights to configure Connectors.

  1. Right click on the channel you want to configure, and click on “Connectors”.

  2. Go to “All” in the menu on the left.

  3. Find “SuperOffice” and click on Configure.

     

  4. Click on the Login with SuperOffice button

     

  5. After you have logged in you can select which event or events you want to see in this specific channel.

  6. Save and the connector is configured.

Change settings

If you want to change settings in the connector you can do so by going back to the connectors page.

Go to Configured and click Manage in the SuperOffice connector

Click on Login with SuperOffice

make the changes and Save
