Overview

The Activity Folders admin user can add additional administrators to the Activity Folders account.

Note: As of Release 61 users with admin rights in SuperOffice Online no longer need to be added as admin users by the account manager to be able to log in.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are administrator for Activity Folders and use SuperOffice Onsite

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are required before you follow the steps below.

  1. A (demo) subscription of Activity Folders. To sign-up, follow this url: https://my-activityfolders.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/SignUp
  2. A SuperOffice CRM login name with administrator rights

How to

  1. Login into Activity Folders
  2. Click Account > Admin Users
  3. Add the new admin user from the SuperOffice user drop-down list

When you use SuperOffice CRM on-premise you will also have the option to add an extra admin user.

Fill out the first name, last name and email address in the Add New Administrator field.
