Improvements

  • Technical migration from SuperOffice WCF services to Web API in order to improve performance and reliability. SuperOffice Onsite versions lower than 8.4 R08 are no longer supported.
  • Migration of the portal and background services to .NET 6.
  • Multi-tenant users no longer need to select the current tenant when opening an Activity Folders panel.

Bug fixes

  • An error message used to appear when a copy of a document was created in a Sharepoint environment.
  • Fixed error message “not-found” displayed on the Subscription page when the coupon had expired.
  • Some images were not included in PDF files converted from Word documents.

  • Fixed InternalServerError that occurred when opening Activity Folders in SuperOffice for onsite versions lower than 10.

New features

  • Users of SuperOffice Online can now use the same email address to create multiple accounts for different tenants. SuperOffice Online users are now able to sign up with a tenant even if they already have a Activity Folders user account for another tenant with the same email address. To do so, the username is now different from the email address. To make sure the username is unique, the username is the email address with the cust ID added as an email subaddress.
  • Users with admin rights in SuperOffice no longer need to be added as admin users by the account manager to be able to log in. Note: This only applies to SuperOffice online tenants. For onsite SuperOffice this article still applies
  • Access to the “Clear configuration” button in the Configure folders page can now be restricted to certain user groups. More info
  • Added support for private activities.

Improvements

  • Users can now move beyond the Welcome screen without changing the browser’s privacy settings. More info
  • When an Activity Folders panel is deleted permanently, its user-defined fields are hard-deleted in SuperOffice, as well as the web panel.
  • Number of activities shown next to the folder name only counts activities of the selected type(s) (i.e. documents and/or follow-ups).

Bug fixes

  • Documents or follow-ups could be filtered out inconsistently with the checkboxes state.
  • All Excel files used to be converted to PDF in landscape mode, ignoring the selected layout.
  • Fixed error that occurred when creating a new project/sale/company/contact if only one template was configured.
  • Publishing a panel could fail in case another web panel in SuperOffice had some settings incompatible with the service version used by Activity Folders.

Release 60.1 (24-06-2021)

  • User cannot log in to panel because of case-sensitive comparison of cust ID
  • Automatically moving activities fails with error "Operation returned an invalid status code 'Unauthorized'"

New features

  • [SuperOffice Online] Activities are now moved to the relevant folder by a system user, which means all activities are processed at once instead of only 10 for users without admin rights.

Improvements

  • Filters and sorts applied on a panel are now kept in memory so they are still applied next time the panel is opened.
  • The Activity Folders tab reloads automatically after activities are all processed.
  • Panels can be deleted permanently.
  • Country dependencies are now included in the list of countries in the sign up page.
  • Technical upgrade of third-party components.

Bug fix

  • Templates configuration can now be restored from a backup without breaking the already applied templates.

Bug Fixes

  • The folders template configuration was partially lost when the configuration was saved while a filter was applied on the activity types.
  • Mappings for document templates with the same name as follow-up types were incorrectly imported with the “paste templates” button.

  • Multiple documents can be selected and merged into one new PDF document. When you select more than 1 document you can merge the documents to a pdf file with a right-click and select Merge as PDF
