Overview

It is important that we validate the customer’s environment so we can make sure customers have the best experience possible and are guaranteed a flawless calendar, task and contact synchronization.

Before you use the check site, please verify if the combination of SuperOffice setup and email server setup is supported.

How to

To detect if the customer's calendar environment meets our requirements we have created a web page where we can validate the calendar environment of the customer.

During the validation calendar credentials are needed. These credentials are the same as are used when logging into the email client on a desktop computer or in the web email client.

After entering the credentials we will contact the calendar system and verify if the calendar environment meets the requirements. When there is an issue, InfoBridge will receive a message and will try to fix the issue.
