Release 64 (18-03-2024)

Improvements

  • Technical upgrade of .NET platform and all third-party libraries and components for improved security, performance and maintainability.
  • Added CSP header for better security.

Bug fixes

  • Contact images in Birthday panel were not visible in Chrome.

Release 62.4 (31-03-2023)

Bug fixes

  • Some selection criteria were not always taken into account in the Birthdays panel.
  • Broken link for contact image in the Birthdays panel is now replaced by the default contact image in SuperOffice Onsite.

Release 62 (12-05-2022)

Improvements

  • Technical migration from SuperOffice WCF services to Web API in order to improve performance and reliability. SuperOffice Onsite versions lower than 8.4 R08 are no longer supported.
  • Migration of the portal and background services to .NET 6.
  • Multi-tenant users no longer need to select the current tenant when opening a panel.

Bug fixes

  • An error message used to appear when a copy of a document was created in a Sharepoint environment.
  • Fixed error message “not-found” displayed on the Subscription page when the coupon had expired.
  • Some images were not included in PDF files converted from Word documents.

Release 61 (02-09-2021)

New features

  • Users of SuperOffice Online can now use the same email address to create multiple accounts for different tenants. SuperOffice Online users are now able to sign up with a tenant even if they already have a Panels user account for another tenant with the same email address. To do so, the username is now different from the email address. To make sure the username is unique, the username is the email address with the cust ID added as an email subaddress.
  • Users with admin rights in SuperOffice no longer need to be added as admin users by the account manager to be able to log in.  Note: This only applies to SuperOffice online tenants. For onsite SuperOffice this article still applies

Improvements

  • Users can now move beyond the Welcome screen without changing the browser’s privacy settings. More info
  • When panels are deleted permanently, web panels are automatically hard-deleted from SuperOffice.

Bug fix

  • All Excel files used to be converted to PDF in landscape mode, ignoring the selected layout.
  • Publishing a panel could fail in case another web panel in SuperOffice had some settings incompatible with the service version used by Panels.

Release 60.1 (24-06-2021)

Bug fixes

  • User cannot log in to panel because of case-sensitive comparison of cust ID
  • Automatically moving activities fails with error "Operation returned an invalid status code 'Unauthorized'"

  • New button to export the content of the panels to an Excel file. More info

Improvements

  • Filters and sorts applied on a panel are now kept in memory so they are still applied next time the panel is opened.
  • Added filter on Updated by, Stage, Owner and Sale type columns in the Sale history panel.
  • Panels can be deleted permanently.
  • Country dependencies are now included in the list of countries in the sign up page.
  • Technical upgrade of third-party components.

  • Multiple documents can be selected and merged into one new PDF document. When you select more than 1 document you can merge the documents to a pdf file with a right-click and select Merge as PDF, more info

  • Changed fallback font from Times New Roman to Calibri for Word documents converted to PDF

Bug fixes

  • Fixed total sum for invoice lines in Visma.net Financials panel when there is a discount line

Feature removed

  • Sale panel can no longer be published in person archive as filters could not be applied properly
  • Online users can no longer set a password, only login through SuperOffice is allowed
