Why is the SuperOffice CRM Email field of a resource empty on the Link Users page?

Answer

When you link a SuperOffice resource, you will notice that the SuperOffice CRM Email field is empty for the resource.
This is because a SuperOffice resource has no e-mail address in SuperOffice.

To see the resource name, you have to add an extra column to the Link Users grid:
Click on the 3 dots next to the SuperOffice CRM Email column, select Columns and check the SuperOffice CRM Username field.

Now you see the name of the resource.
