Overview
In this article, the usage of the Visma Link for SuperOffice is described.
This functionality is divided into two parts.
- The Visma.net panel. In this panel you can find all (credit)invoices available in Visma.net
- The Visma.net Link. With this Menu button a complete Company card in SuperOffice could be inserted in Visma.net

Using the Visma.net panel
On the SuperOffice Company Card, you will see various tabs with related data of the company. The Visma.net panel application creates a new tab showing all the current (credit)invoices from Visma.net at real-time. When you choose another business card in SuperOffice, the Visma.net panel is immediately updated with the actual data from Visma.net.
The quick filter option allows you to quickly filter on open and already paid invoices.
In the invoice overview, you can click on the column headers to apply a sort.
In addition, it is possible to search the columns. You can specify different filter criteria, after which the column will be filtered by the values you entered.
You can also view the invoice details by clicking on the invoice number. You will then see all the details, such as articles, prices, discounts, etc.
The "Previous" (Vorige) key brings you back to the full overview.
Using the Visma.net Link menu item
In addition to having direct insight into all invoices and credit invoices, you can also transfer a complete business card from SuperOffice to Visma.net. This is useful, for example, when a prospect becomes a buying customer.
Depending on the permissions set in SuperOffice, you will see the Visma.net Link button which you can use to transfer the card.
Transferring a complete business card is very easy. After selecting the company, press the Visma.net Link button. After pressing, the business card is fully created within Visma.net.
After the card has been created a confirmation window is displayed and when you press OK, the SuperOffice screen is refreshed and the created debtor number of Visma.net is immediately visible in SuperOffice.
When new invoices are created in Visma.net, these invoices will be immediately visible in SuperOffice.
Depending on your settings, direct or periodic changes that you make on the business card in Visma.net will directly be updated in SuperOffice.
