Create a Visma.net Financials Panel in SuperOffice

Overview

In this article is described how to create the Financial Panel in SuperOffice to display the Visma.net Invoices.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are the administrators for (Visma Link for) SuperOffice.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites are required before you follow the steps below.

  1. A (demo) subscription of Panels for SuperOffice. To sign-up, follow this URL:  https://my-panels.infobridgeuniverse.com/Account/SignUp
  2. A SuperOffice CRM login name with administrator rights

Configure Panels for SuperOffice

  1. Log in to the customer portal as an admin
  2. In the Panel overview click Create a new panel.
  3. Choose a name for your panel. It is used to determine the panels later. This is handy when you create more than one panel.
  4. Select the Panel type → Visma.net Financials Invoice Panel
    and click NEXT
  5. In the next screen, you can set some general panel settings.

    In the "SuperOffice Customers ID field" select the SuperOffice CRM field that holds the Visma.net Financials Customer ID.
    Then click the CONNECT button to make a connection with Visma.net and choose in the company field the Visma.net Company from the dropdown list you want to connect to.
    Click Next.
  6. A summary of your settings is shown. Go Back if you would like to make changes.
  7. Click Save and Publish to save your new panel.
  8. Your panel has now been saved and published. Click the green Refresh SuperOffice button to refresh SuperOffice and immediately see the changes.


This created panel can be found in SuperOffice by the SuperOffice admin to manage who is allowed to view this Visma.net Financials panel.

Go to Menu → Setting and Maintenance → Lists → GUI - Web panel
Select the Panel you have created in the previous steps and manage view access by "Use grouping and filtering by user group for this list"
