Supported FTP servers
Overview
Below you will find some FTP servers we tested with DataBridge for SuperOffice. As there are many different FTP Servers, we cannot name them all, but most FTP/SFTP servers will work together with DataBridge for SuperOffice.

Microsoft FTP Server (IIS)
Connection: FTPS
“Advanced Settings FTP” in DataBridge:
Encryption mode: Explicit
Connection type: Passive mode (Auto detect)
Protocol: FTP
Adjust the FTP Firewall Support settings of the server. Fill in a Port Range (for example 5000-5100) and at the “External IP Address of Firewall” field fill in the local ip-address of the server. Make sure to open the ports from the Data Channel Port Range (and standard FTP ports) in the firewall. See screenshot below:
FileZilla Server
Connection: FTPS (FTP OVER TLS)
“Advanced Settings FTP” in DataBridge:
Encryption mode: Explicit
Connection type: Passive mode (Auto detect)
Protocol: FTP
Pay attention to the following settings in FileZilla:
Passive mode Settings
Fill in a custom port range (for example 5000-5100) and open this port range (and standard FTP ports) in the firewall
Select “Use the following IP” and fill in your external ip-address
FTP over TLS Settings
The certificate and keys you want to use have to be converted to the PEM format
Uncheck this option:
SolarWinds SFTP/SCP server
Connection: SFTP
“Advanced Settings FTP” in DataBridge:
Encryption mode: Explicit
Connection type: Passive mode (Auto detect)
Protocol: SFTP
Use default TCP port (22)
Wing FTP Server
Connection: SFTP
“Advanced Settings FTP” in DataBridge:
Encryption mode: Explicit
Connection type: Passive mode (Auto detect)
Protocol: SFTP
The certificate and keys you want to use have to be converted to the PEM format
Leave the listener “SFTP using SSH” at the default port (22)
