Overview

In the Portal of the SuperOffice for Wordpress app the connection to Wordpress needs to be added.

How to

Login to SuperOffice for Wordpress at https://wordpress.superofficeapps.com/

Go to Settings

Fill in the API URL, which by default is https://[your domain]/wp-json

Fill in the user’s Username (from the user that you used in WordPress to create the application password)

Paste the generated password in the API key field

Test the connection

When succesful click Save.

After the settings are saved you see a message to refresh SuperOffice in order to see the changes immediately.

Last thing to do is to add field mappings.

Username: You can use Email or PersonID.
Username is the unique attribute to which we import. Once a username has been created, you can no longer change it
Customers who do not want to use the email address could also choose PersonID here, for example, to still have a unique value.
