Make the Activity Folders available in SuperOffice CRM
Overview
With Activity Folders, sales and service teams can organize and manage customer-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and sales collateral – then file them automatically in related folders.
When using Activity Folders for a project it is handy to generate the needed folder structure automatically. This folder structure can be created in a template.
Solution
In the Activity Folders portal, a new Panel needs to be created. This panel will be available to all users in SuperOffice CRM.
In the Panel configuration, you can manage certain settings and create folder templates.

How to
- First, go to the administrator page for Activity Folders
- Log in with the SuperOffice button
- Click on Create a new Panel
- Choose a name for your panel
- Select a Panel type
- After you have created and configured your Panel please Refresh SuperOffice via the Green Refresh SuperOffice button in the Panel Overview
